A GROUNDBREAKING ceremony for the launch of The Conduit, a condominium property located along Dr. A. Santos Avenue in Paranaque City was held last June 14, 2025.
The first of a series of real estate projects of the SDCC Realty Corporation (SRC), The Conduit is envisioned as an iconic landmark built for reinventing lifestyles beyond essentials.
